Certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga Instructor
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years. I also became certified to teach Yoga Nidra, a healing meditation technique. The whole practice has helped me to grow stronger in every area of my life, mentally, emotionally and physically. It has helped me with self-worth, self-love and inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I will always be a student and deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what has been passed down to me through the loving wisdom of my teachers.
Gentle yoga mixed with Yoga Nidra and breath work is my favorite teaching style because it really focuses on deep healing benefits to the mind, body and soul and everyone can do it! Combining all three in my classes brings about freedom and release.
